Fees

Summary

All children under 16 and DVA cardholders are bulk billed.

Concession card holders and non-cardholders incur a fee (see attached fee structure).

Some consultations such as those for work-related injuries, third party motor vehicle injuries, insurance medicals and work place medicals do not attract Medicare rebates and patients need to pay in full at the time of the consult.

Procedures

We offer a surgical theatre for small procedures such as skin cancer removals and this may attract a gap payment of $100. Dressings may attract a gap payment of $15 and minor procedures $25.

Cancellations

We would appreciate you telling us as soon as possible if you think you may be late or need to cancel your appointment as we will then be able to offer it to another patient. Sometimes your appointment may need to be rescheduled if you are late. A $60 cancellation fee applies if you do not cancel.

Payment of accounts

Full payment of your account at the time of consultation via Cash, EFTPOS or credit cards are accepted.

Accounts are transmitted directly to Medicare and reimbursement is directly debited into your bank account. If you pay by cash or have no EFTPOS and your bank details are registered with Medicare then your rebate will be reimbursed into your bank account.
